This memorandum of understanding was signed with the aim of enhancing the production, logistics and service capacities of the two groups and enhancing the level of cooperation in the fields of textile production, domestic and international transportation, warehousing, postal and distribution, passenger and tourism services, repair and maintenance of heavy machinery and transportation services.
According to this memorandum, KASA Textile Holding will be responsible for meeting the textile needs of the Decca Group, and in return, Decca Logistics will provide full support for the transportation and logistics chain of KASA Group.
This cooperation is an important step towards developing inter-organizational communications, optimizing the supply chain and promoting Iranian brands at the national and international levels.
